At Sporty Tops Sales, we want you to be completely satisfied with your premium sportswear purchase. If for any reason you’re not happy with your order, we offer a straightforward returns and exchanges process for most items within 15 days of delivery.

Our Returns Policy

We accept returns and exchanges for unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on swimwear unless the hygiene seal is intact.

Please note: For the safety of our customers, all returned items undergo quality inspection. We reserve the right to refuse returns that don’t meet our conditions.

How to Return an Item

  1. Initiate your return: Email our customer service team at [email protected] with your order number and details about the product you wish to return or exchange.
  2. Wait for approval: We’ll respond within 2 business days with return instructions and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
  3. Package your item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging with all tags attached.
  4. Ship your return: Send the package to our returns center at:

  5. Track your return: We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product). For exchanges, we’ll cover the cost of shipping the replacement item to you.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5 business days
  • Your refund will be credited to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your bank’s processing time

Exchange Process

To exchange an item:

  1. Follow the standard return process above
  2. Clearly state in your email that you wish to exchange the item and specify the replacement product (including size/color)
  3. We’ll ship your replacement as soon as we process your return

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Swimwear with removed hygiene seals
  • Worn or washed items
  • Items without original tags
  • Final sale items (these will be clearly marked)
