We process all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Options
We offer two convenient shipping methods to suit your needs:
1. Standard Shipping (£12.95)
- Carrier: DHL or FedEx
- Delivery time: 10-15 business days after dispatch
- Includes full tracking
2. Free Shipping (Orders over £50)
- Carrier: EMS
- Delivery time: 15-25 business days after dispatch
- Basic tracking included
Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and customs processing. We currently ship worldwide, excluding some Asian countries and remote areas.
Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges for most items within 15 days of delivery. Please review our policy below to ensure a smooth process.
Eligibility
To qualify for a return or exchange:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- All original tags must be attached
- Must be returned within 15 days of delivery
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Swimwear with removed hygiene seals
- Worn or washed items
- Items without original tags
- Final sale items (clearly marked on product page)
How to Return an Item
- Initiate your return: Email our customer service team at [email protected] with your order number and product details.
- Wait for approval: We’ll respond within 2 business days with return instructions and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- Package your item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging with all tags attached.

Return Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product).
- For exchanges, we’ll cover the cost of shipping the replacement item to you.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Refunds will be processed within 5 business days
- Your refund will be credited to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank’s processing time
Exchange Process
To exchange an item:
- Follow the standard return process above
- Clearly state in your email that you wish to exchange the item
- Specify the replacement product (including size/color)
- We’ll ship your replacement as soon as we process your return
